Convex provides outbound lead generation services for B2B businesses. We specialize in cold calling decision-makers and booking qualified meetings.

Service Terms

• Services are provided on a month-to-month basis
• We book qualified meetings based on your ideal client profile
• You are responsible for closing the meetings we book
• We do not guarantee specific results or revenue outcomes

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your ideal client profile
• Attend scheduled meetings in a professional manner
• Provide feedback on meeting quality
• Pay invoices according to agreed terms

Limitation of Liability

Convex is not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or business outcomes resulting from meetings we book. Our service is limited to lead generation and meeting scheduling.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
